    Kenyatta University Expels Students Over Unrest And Destruction Of Property

    Kenyatta university has expelled eights students from the university for being guilty of gross misconduct relating to inciting students, organizing and participating in the disturbances which led to destruction of University property”.

    The university had last year closed indefinitely following students unrest within the university.The unrest was caused after leader Kebaso Morara was disqualified from vying in the election and had moved to court to contest the disqualification.

    The unrest led to the destruction of property within the university as the students set fire on the administration block.
