Cherangany MP Joshua Kutuny has called out the Jubilee government saying that his colleague Alfred Keter was set up after being arrested for allegedly producing fake treasury bills to the Central Bank.

He told the Jubilee government that arresting Alfred Keter only increased his relevance just as the government gave relevance to Babu Owino, Miguna Miguna and governor Hassan Joho.

Joshua Kutuny said that Keter had not written his statement and that he was only acting in his capacity as a member of parliament trying to help his people.

He revealed that the documents they had showed that the treasury bills were not fake but according to the central bank had been paid . The question Keter was raising were who were they paid to and when.

He advised president Uhuru saying that a legacy is not measured by how many roads were built or how many houses they connected electricity but by the type of leadership that he portrayed. He accused the government of slowly slipping into dictatorship.

Joshua Kutuny alongside other leaders said that Alfred Keter should be taken to court and released on bail as the case continues.

Here are some of the letters that the Desai Company limited had been exchanging with the central bank of treasury bills that they bought in 1990.
