A guard was killed in a raid on a Korean run camp in Kenyewa, Mashuuru, Kajiado County.
Police said the Korean Mission Camp was invaded by five suspects prompting two guards on duty to react.
The gang descended on the guards killing one of them who was identified as Jonathan Kupere.
His colleague was seriously wounded and taken to hospital. Police said they are yet to establish the motive of the attack as the gang did not steal anything from the camp.
The body was moved to the mortuary pending other procedures.
In Dudi, Kakamega County, one David Shiongola, 28 was found murdered and his body abandoned in a maize plantation in Khushiku village.
The man had deep cuts in the head and legs. He had attended a funeral event and was headed home when he was attacked by unknown people on Friday night.
A wooden stick believed to be the murder weapon was found at the scene. The motive of the murder was not immediately established, police said as they moved the body to the mortuary pending autopsy.
In Hamisi, Vihiga County, one Peter Shigavula, 46 was found dead on a feeder road with visible deep cuts in the head.
There were signs of struggle at the scene, police said adding they are yet to establish the motive of the murder.,

In Mathare slums, a girl aged one year and eight months was killed in a fire incident.
The fire broke out in Kosovo area and affected a single room house in a block building.
The mother told police she had stepped out of the house to buy vegetables when the fire broke out flattening her house.
The cause of the fire was not immediately established, police said.
