    Cabinet Secretary for Gender, Culture and Children Services, Hanna Wendot Cheptumo, has appointed Nancy Simiyu Wanjala, Violet Adhiambo Ochieng’, and Joseph Iha Wanje as members of the National Council for Children Services for a term of three years.

    In the same Kenya Gazette notice dated January 23, 2026, Attorney-General Dorcas Agik Oduor appointed Emmanuel Mumia, Catherine Ochanda, and Walter Ochieng Khobe as members of the Kenya Law Reform Commission for a term of five years.

    Meanwhile, Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning, John Mbadi Ng’ongo, revoked the appointment of Seth Sindani Panyako as a member of the Local Authorities Provident Fund Board.
