Parts of Nairobi are among areas expected to receive rainfall over the weekend, according to the Kenya Meteorological Department.
In its Daily Rainfall Forecast, the department said some parts of Nairobi, Nyeri, Meru, Kiambu, Kwale, Mombasa, Kilifi, Tana River, Lamu, Garissa, Nakuru, Bomet, Nandi and Trans Nzoia counties are likely to receive light to moderate rainfall.
The department also forecast intermittent cloudy and cold conditions in some parts of Nairobi, Kajiado, Kiambu, Murang’a, Nyeri, Nyandarua, Wajir and Garissa counties.
“Other parts of the country are likely to experience sunny intervals,” the Meteorological Department said.
