Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI) detectives arrested suspected human traffickers at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
The suspect, Geoffrey Mutemi was arrested on Tuesday night at the airport where seven girls were rescued, including five Tanzanians and two Ugandan citizens
The nabbed suspect and the rescued victim were preparing to leave the country for Oman.
DCI boss George Kinoti confirmed the reports saying that they have increased measurements to stop human trafficking in the country.

Kenya has been cited as a key source and transit location for human traffickers.
George Kinoti spoke with one of the dailies where he said that they have included high-level intelligence and up to date mechanisms to help fight the crime.
