Police shot dead two gangsters after a shoot out ensued along Limuru Road-Red Hill junction.
The gangsters who were in a white saloon car failed to adhere to police orders to stop and identify themselves
Reports indicated that the gangsters started shooting at them before they opened fire.

The two who were shot dead were part of a four man gang, The two other gangsters escaped on foot according to the statement put out by the directorate of criminal investigation.
Early today, two men were decimated along Limuru Road and two others escaped on foot after a fierce exchange of fire with Detectives. A Glock Pistol, Czeska Phantom, Czeska Mini, more than 100 rounds of ammunition and Registration plates were confiscated by the police who said the hunting for the two who had escaped.
