    Sh. 11 Million Mysteriously Stolen From Three Barclays Bank ATMs

    A total of Sh.11 million shillings has been lost from different Barclays Bank ATM machines around Nairobi.  A  G4S officer reported that the ATM in Kenyatta National Hospital has been tampered with.

    It was later discovered that Sh.4.3 million had been withdrawn the same incident occurred in Mater hospital and it was reported that Sh.1 million was missing from the ATM.

    The police investigations revealed that the CCTV cameras were smeared with Petroleum Jelly blurring the images of the perpetrators of the crime.

    The same incident occurred at an ATM in Buruburu  in Mutindwa market, Sh.6.29 million was reported missing. Police are organizing the incidences in what appears to be a ring of organized crime.

    No arrests have been made in relation to the crimes.
