    ahmednasirAhmednassir,the lawyer for president Uhuru Kenyatta during the presidential petirttion has taken too twitter to discredit the judgement that is being read by the supreme court judges.

    He prescribed the judgement as unworthy of the supreme court, political and designed to subvert the will of the people.

    This judgment is unworthy of the Supreme Court of kenya…a political act…designed to subvert the will of the Kenyan voter…simple…

    Ahmednassir said that he will write an article to shine light on what he called ‘jiggery -poggery of a judgement.’

    He has been disgruntled that the supreme court referred to process as a measure to win elections and asked the court to look at the ‘process test’

    He further said that the supreme court has gotten the issues of law taught in first year of law on distorted evidence wrongly.
