Suspected Al Shabaab militants on Wednesday killed three people traveling in a passenger bus at Nyongoro area, Lamu county.
The militants left one person with a gun shot wound.
The incident took place along the Lamu-Garsen highway at around 3 pm.

According to witnesses the gunmen shot at the bus while hiding behind bushes before the police escorts came to their rescue.
