Football Kenya Federation’s Annual General Meeting held in Kisumu on Saturday passed that any Kenyan Premier League club seeking to hire a foreign coach must seek their approval. The move according to the federation’s boss Nick Mwendwa will help guard against clubs hiring “tourists.” Tourists is a term used to refer to foreign coaches who are paid handsomely but deliver less than their local counterparts.
