Various saccos were forced to ply alternative routes to at least try and make a killing out the  travelers desperation. James Orengo has unveiled Jubilee party’s alleged plot to rig the August 8 poll. He made the announcement during NASA’s final campaign rally at Uhuru Park. He said the ruling party intends to top up votes electronically using a communication channel designed by the IEBC IT experts . The family of the late IEBC ICT director, Chris Msando has appealed to well wishers for financial support to offset the burial expenses. “The money will help in offsetting the funeral expenses,” the family said. Standard gauge railway (SGR) workers have threatened to down their tools due to delayed July salaries and lack of legal contracts.
