A French court in Nanterre has found Congolese singer Koffi Olomide guilty of statutory rape. The singer was accused of raping one of his dancers when she was 15 years of age. The court handed the musician a 2 year suspended jail term,this means that the singer will only be arrested is he commits a similar offense. PCEA Hospital in Kikuyu is on the spot for retaining the body of Moses Githinji who died in January despite the family paying part of the bill owed to the hospital. The hospital failed to release the body even after the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist board (KMPDU) wrote a letter to the hospital to release the body for burial.
