Police have arrested a woman believe to have been living with terror suspect Ali Salim Gichunge alias Farouk, in Guango Estate – Ruaka. The Inspector General Joseph Boinet of police has revealed that six more bodies have been recovered from the Dusit D2 hotel complex. He also revealed that one police officer had succumbed to gunshot injuries while being treated. The IG revealed 16 Kenyans, one Briton, one American and three bodies of African decent had been recovered. He said that 28 people were receiving treatment in various hospitals across Nairobi. Justice Chacha Mwita has postponed giving orders seeking unconditional return to school for 15 year old girl who was allegedly kicked out of Olympic secondary school in Kibra for wearing dreadlocks. Six people have perished along the Nakuru -Dundori road after a vehicle they were traveling in collided with a trailer. A witness said that the accident happened after the driver tried to negotiate a corner. “The matatu hit the side of the oncoming trailer as both negotiated a sharp bend from opposite directions,” an onlooker said. A court in Nakuru has barred police from arresting former MP Joseph Kiuna over incitement remarks he made last week following cattle rustling clashes in the area. The Chairman of the Kenya National Examination council Professor George Magoha blamed unscrupulous exam centre managers,teachers and parents for enabling students to engage in exam malpractices.
