Kisumu Governor Anyang Nyong’o has been airlifted to Nairobi for specialized treatment. Aga Khan Dr Sam Oula  said that the governor was transferred for more test after being diagnosed with low  blood pressure. Njoro MP Charity Kathambi Chepkwony was pushed to tears after meeting with former MP  Joseph Kiuna . The two traded accusations after violence erupted in Njoro leaving one person dead. Opposition candidate Felix Tshisekedi  has won presidential election that was held in  the  Democratic Republic Of Congo. Provisional results show that Tshisekedi is leading against another opposition candidate Martin Fayulu, and the ruling coalition’s Emmanuel Chaudhary. Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua ha said that she will be on the presidential ballot in 2022 after losing the Kirinyaga gubernatorial seat in 2017. “I am a future presidential candidate and it could be 2022. Trans Nzoia Member of the county Assembly (MCA) Phyllis Njeri Mbogwa, has been arraigned in court after she was arrested for drunk driving while carrying her six month old child on the back seat. Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji has dropped charges against 11 NYS scandal suspects. The eleven include the former NYS acting director general Sammy Muchuki who turned into a state witness alongside 7 others. The prosecution withdrew the charges citing lack of evidence against the discharged persons. The DPP however stated that the seven woul be re arrested if more evidence linked to them was found.
