The Head of the Public Service Commission, Joseph Kinyua has directed that Public servants would be required to have the E-passport by February 28 of 2019. He said that the public servants who will not have migrated to the E-passports will not be cleared for travel and will not travel until after September 1. This directive applies to all Public servants including cabinet secretaries, governors, principal secretaries, accountants and all members of independent commissions.
