The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) have said that they will reclaim the land that DP William Ruto’s Weston Hotel sits on as the parcel of land belongs to them. Musician turned politician Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine has been arrested after police killed his driver. Bobi Wine said that the police were targeting him but instead got his driver. “Police has shot my driver dead thinking they’ve shot at me,” he said, on twitter after posting a photograph of a man drenched in blood. The National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) director general Geoffrey Wahungu has moved to court to stop his arrest over the Solai Dam tragedy. The director General rushed to court after the senate committee headed by Makueni senator Mutula Kilonzo Junior found that the environmental body was culpable for the tragedy which cost 52 lives. Police have arrested seven suspects  who are believed to be using the name of DP Ruto and his office to con unsuspecting Kenyans off millions. 700 laptops and three government vehicles were nabbed at a house belonging to Rift valley politician Allan Chesang. The seized government vehicles are branded like those that the DP uses in his convoy.
