Two people have been confirmed dead and four injured after a five storey building collapsed in Nairobi’s Huruma estate. According to reports several people are still stuck inside the rubble. Justice Sergon has ordered that blogger Cyprian Nyakundi be served through his social media pages in a matter that was certified as urgent. He also said that the defendant, Nyakundi was prohibited from tweeting or posting any issue regarding the matter. According to the plaintiff the tweets which they term as libelous and malicious have cost him business. The blogger’s failure to withdraw the tweets from his social media platforms have apparently caused the plaintiffs irreparable damages and prejudice. A board member of the Music Copyright Society of Kenya, Bernard Mukaisi, has resigned after allegations of accountability issues rocked the organization amid reports over graft. The family Augustine Salaton, son to former Minister, Julius Sunkuli, carried out a three-hour autopsy on the late Salaton on Thursday at Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary. Post mortem reports revealed that Mr Salaton was tortured and hit with a blunt object at the back of his head before he was run over by a vehicle, causing his death.
