A woman of Asian origin is facing the wrath of Kenyans after referring to a black couple as ‘Black animals’ at a Westlands petrol station. Pinder Atwal who was angry after the man blocked her vehicle shouted the profanity despite the man apologizing. Blogger Cyprian Nyakundi has been released after three days at the Muthaiga police station. The Director of public prosecution (DPP) Noordin Haji said that the self declared president of the boy child should not to be arrested again without his authorization. Amnesty International on Tuesday released a report, “Families Torn Apart: Forced Evictions of Indigenous People in Embobut Forest, Kenya” highlighting the plight of the Sengwer, the indigenous people that settled in the Embobut forest. This month Kenyans will have to brave tough times as the price of fuel goes up. The price of super petrol has gone up by 34 cents while that of diesel and kerosene went up by 78 cents and Sh1.50 per litre.
