Security guards from authorized companies will soon be able to use guns in order to assist the police to fight crime. This is according to a proposal by the CS interior Fred Matiang’i that has been approved. Fred Matiang’i said that his ministry were the process of creating a data base for all guards so that all their activities may be coordinated. Three Standard group journalist were arrested for boarding a stolen Uber. The three unaware of the status of the vehicle used the cab service as was the norm while carrying out assignments. The program is meant to aid the government in disbursing the bi monthly stipends to the elderly.
