Kisuze Edward, a senior Administrative Assistant at the Academic registrar of Makerere University was caught sexually harassing Kenyan student Ms Njeroge Racheal Njeri when she want to collect her transcript.
The administrative Assistant who is married was caught on camera by the victim as he struggled to pull down her pants.

According to Ms Racheal, she had gone to the office to get her transcript and when she was given the documents the assailant grabbed her and started touching her. She said that she had taken the picture after she realized that the office did not have cameras. Racheal Njeri claimed that Mr Kisuze had told her that he loved her
“I tried to resist his actions but he was stronger than I was. He grabbed me and threw me on the cabinet files at the corner.”
Racheal Njeri called one of the other staff members who was in the next office but Mr Edward took her phone and threw it away.
Makerere University has since suspended the staff member with immediate effect he was told to desist from communication or having contact with the students until the mater is fully investigated.
