The high court has upheld the election of Majority leader Aden Duale as the MP for Garrisa Township constituency. The court dismissed the petition filed by former deputy speaker Farah Maalim, he was ordered to pay Sh. 6 million as costs for the suit. The Orange democratic Movement (ODM) party on Friday held its National governing council meeting. Deputy party leader Hassan Joho told the delegates to go back to their respectful counties and sell the policy of the ODM party. National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF)have said that couples have to present proof of marriage before being allowed to be attached to the contributor. According to the new directives spouses  have to produce a marriage certificate and affidavit from the court.
