A Kenyan man living in the United States is facing felony murder charges as well as two counts of intoxication assault of a peace officer. Patrick Mukuria Njogu is said to have been drunk driving when he collided with a Harris county sheriff deputy patrol car on Sunday at around 11.30 pm. Chief Justice David Maraga on Monday recommended 11 candidates who will soon join the Judiciary as Court of Appeal judges. The persons will be appointed by President Uhuru Kenyatta. The court was established under Article 164(1) of the constitution.
