City Lawyer, Ahmednasir Adullahi faced backlash after he posted a photo comparing Homa Bay Governor Cyprian Awiti and Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho’s dress code. Rama Homes Limited has been accused of misrepresenting facts and mis-selling property by a disgruntled client trying to pull out of the deal. The client, who sought anonymity says that the Gateway Park project is a nothing but a fraudulent deal meant to steal from potential home owners. Tourism CS Najib Balala has confirmed that 9 out of the 11 Rhinos translocated from Nairobi and Nakuru National Parks on Ksh100 Million budget died during the transfer. The CS confirmed that only two of the Rhinos survived and the cause of death still unknown. Over one hundred students from Silanga Secondary School in Ol Kalou, Nyandarua County fled from the school on Tuesday morning over suspected fear of mock exams. Silanga Secondary is a mixed day and boarding school consisting of 280 students in total. 110 of the students are boarders and they are the ones suspected to have fled from school. Lieutenant Colonel Timothy Stelu Lekolool is President Uhuru Kenyatta’s new Aide-de-Camp (ADC). Lekolool, drawn from the Navy replaces Lt Col Victor Mburu who has been President Kenyatta’s Aide-de-Camp since August 2017. According to acting State House spokesperson Kanze Dena, Mburu has traveled for further military studies hence the less than one year long service. Nairobi County Governor, Mike Sonko has nominated former Harambee Stars captain and striker, Musa Otieno and Dennis Oliech to the County Government’s Sports Development Committee. Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli has declared that his party, Chama cha Mapinduzi (CCM) will rule for years to come. Kenya Power managers arrested on Friday have been released on a Sh1 million cash bail each. The directors, including suspended Managing Director Dr Ken Tarus, his predecessor Ben Chumo and eight others spent the night in remand at Gigiri Police Station after they denied charges of impropriety in acquisition of faulty transformers and irregular award of transport and labour contracts. Tanzania’s Miss Universe 2007, Flaviana Matata was awarded as the Most Inspirational Woman at the Global Awards Gala held in New York.
