Tourism CS Najib Balala has confirmed that 9 out of the 11 Rhinos translocated from Nairobi and Nakuru National Parks on Ksh100 Million budget died during the transfer. The CS confirmed that only two of the Rhinos survived and the cause of death still unknown. Over one hundred students from Silanga Secondary School in Ol Kalou, Nyandarua County fled from the school on Tuesday morning over suspected fear of mock exams. Lieutenant Colonel Timothy Stelu Lekolool is President Uhuru Kenyatta’s new Aide-de-Camp (ADC). Lekolool, drawn from the Navy replaces Lt Col Victor Mburu who has been President Kenyatta’s Aide-de-Camp since August 2017. Kenya Power managers arrested on Friday have been released on a Sh1 million cash bail each. The directors, including suspended Managing Director Dr Ken Tarus, his predecessor Ben Chumo and eight others spent the night in remand at Gigiri Police Station after they denied charges of impropriety in acquisition of faulty transformers and irregular award of transport and labour contracts.
