A Ugandan court clerk was on Thursday suspended from work by the Public Service Permanent Secretary, Josephine Muwonge for ‘indecent dressing.’ Rosemary Namuwanga was relieved of her duties as a clerk and interpreter at the Kasangati Magistrate Court in Wakiso. A hospital building in Kapsabet on Thursday collapsed, injuring three children and an adult who have been rushed to Kapsabet County Referral Hospital.
