A man from Lari, Kiambu County had his private parts chopped off by wife with a panga. She apparently overheard her husband talk about her over the phone with a stranger. It was named Project Loon, since even Google itself found the idea of providing Internet access to the remaining 5 billion population unprecedented and crazy/loony. National Cohesion and Integration Commission Chairman (NCIC) Francis Ole Kaparo has put Whatsapp admins on notice saying they are liable for hate posts circulated in groups. The Chairman said they will be held accountable for fueling violence ahead of the August 8 elections.
