Uganda Cranes captain, Geofrey Massa was on July 13th, 2017, involved in an incident in which police on patrol suspecting a parked vehicle along the high way on the Nambole Fly Over, stopped and wanted to talk to the occupants. Six police officers have been killed after they were ambushed by bandits in Laikipia West. Four officers have however been left with gun shot injuries following the attack on Wednesday July 12. President Kenyatta is feeling generous hence free entry to all Kenyans willing to attend the historic U-18 IAAF World Championships at Kasarani stadium. Kenyatta said this during the official opening of the events which started on Tuesday until Sunday. Chipukeezy Vinie is back in the country from a tour of the States. The comedian performed at a huge comedy show in Dallas, Texas. It is all systems go at the Safaricom Stadium Kasarani as the IAAF Under 18 Youth Championships kick off on Wednesday. The stadium has received a major face-lift, which included a new blue tartan track to replace the old red one.
