Five bodies including that of a woman were on Monday evening found in a shallow grave in Bambo, Mandera County. The victims had been missing for five days and appeared to have been strangled to death except one that had a bullet would In the head. The bodies were discovered on Sunday, July 3, between Gari and Bambo area of Lafey sub-county. A 34-year-old man committed suicide on Sunday evening at his home in Katalel, Keiyo North. He is said to have jumped into a borehole barely two weeks after his wife gave birth to twins. Rescue efforts were underway but he had already passed away.
