Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (Kuppet) has come out to condemn deductions implemented on the pay slips of female teachers by newly formed Kenya Women Teachers Association (Kewota) through Teachers’ Service Commission (TSC). Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) head of communications Wallace Kantai on Wednesday was pushed to the wall by the Consumers Federation of Kenya (Cofek) and concerned Kenyans over the translation of the word ‘bank’ to ‘banki’ in Swahili on the new currency. One of the suspects filmed whipping another man ruthlessly has been arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) detectives.
