The motive of the murder was not established as the police moved the body to the mortuary pending an autopsy.

In Birongo, Kisii County, the body of a man was found on the roadside after a suspected murder. The motive of the murder was not immediately established, police said as they moved the body to the mortuary pending an autopsy.

In Marigat, Baringo County, one Emmanuel Makokha, 18 was found dead after a suspected drowning incident.

The body of the man was found in the River Perkerra. Police said the deceased was in the company of another man and had gone to swim in the river when he drowned.

The body was moved to the mortuary pending an autopsy.

In Loitoktok, Kajiado County, a decomposed body of a man was found in a farm with visible injuries. The body was covered with a blanket with a log on it. Police said they were yet to establish the motive of the murder.

Locals identified the body of one local farmer as only Kimani, 58.
