The government has given unvetted gun holders 10 days to surrender their illegal firearms in anonymity without prosecution. Safaricom shops will not take the old Ksh1,000 notes from next week Thursday ahead of the September 30 deadline. The Labour Court on Friday ordered the Kamukunji police boss to provide embattled Wilson Sossion with adequate security to allow him access to the KNUT offices.
