The late Dutch tycoon Tob Cohen’s wife, Sarah Wairimu, has objected the release of the deceased’s remains to his sister, Gabriele Cohen. Through her lawyer, Phillip Murgor, Ms Wairimu asserted that she is the legal wife of the deceased and should, therefore, be the one to receive the remains of her husband for interment. A 25-year-old teacher is nursing stab wounds after her rogue husband stormed classroom and attacked her, leaving pupils screaming for help. The High Court has allowed Sarah Wairimu to be present during her late estranged husband Tob Cohen’s postmortem at Chiromo mortuary. The court made the ruling on Wednesday morning ahead of the procedure that is scheduled for later in the day. The autopsy, which was initially scheduled for Tuesday, had to be postponed after lawyers rejected government pathologist Peter Ndegwa. Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) is set to probe the death of Baby Dan Githinji after a shooting incident by a police officer.
