The President of the Supreme Court Chief Justice David Maraga on Monday issued a press release noting that five high court judges will be moved from their current work stations. The Kenya Auto Bazaar Association (KABA) has written an open letter to President Uhuru Kenyatta in a bid to scrap the proposed age limit for second hand imported cars. High Court Magistrate Kennedy Cheruyuiot has ordered a three-day detention for a man who impersonated Deputy President William Ruto’s wife, Mrs Rachael Ruto. According to the Investigating Officer George Chai, the man – Michael Mito Atito, is claimed to have extorted money from well-wishers using a Facebook page with Mrs Ruto’s profile. On the page, he stated that the money raised was aimed at helping the less fortunate by giving out free lorries.
