NASA has finally revealed that it had a tallying centre in Runda while another is said to be located in Arusha. In one of the exchanges witnessed on TV, NASA busted two policemen who posed as journalists so as to access the centre in Runda. An actor with the popular Propesa comedy group, Dennis Ruto, has been arrested in a polling station in Langata constituency. He was accused of bribing voters and having extra ballot papers. According to voters, Dennis Ruto was found with many pre-marked ballot papers stuffed in his pocket. He was arrested and is currently at Nyayo Stadium police station.
