Detectives are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found on her bed in Nyaramba, Nyamira County. The police said the body of Lilian Mokeira Ombaso, 36 was found in her house long after she had died on December 10, 2025. The cause of the death was not immediately established. A 32-year-old man was stabbed and killed in a fight between two neighbours in Ngong Town, Kajiado County. Police said Boniface Onyango and his neighbour were fighting in the Gichagi area when he was stabbed in the abdomen and back. He was later rushed to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead while being attended to. It is not clear what prompted the fight between the two men. An Australian pilot has had his conviction for the murder of an elderly camper overturned on appeal and will face a retrial. Greg Lynn was sentenced last year to a minimum of 24 years in prison for the 2020 murder of 73-year-old Carol Clay at a campsite in Victoria.
