Norway has announced the closure of Embassies in Kampala, Uganda, and the Consulate General in Guangzhou, China. In a statement Friday, Norway said the number of diplomatic staff at selected other embassies will also be increased. Police are investigating an incident in which an employee of one of the airlines operating at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) allegedly disappeared with his colleagues’ pay. He went missing with some money, about Sh1.5 million meant to pay the staff. Google is looking to make passwords obsolete by prompting users to create passkeys to unlock accounts and devices with a fingerprint, face scan or pin number. A Mombasa court Thursday ordered the detention of suspected cult leader Paul Mackenzie and his 27 co-suspects. The suspects are linked to the Shakahola massacre which left over 400 people dead.
