Police have arrested one of the Terrorist posted on Sunday evening by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, suspected to have been part of Dusit D2 attack. Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has put forward a Ksh300,000 reward for Naoirobi residents if they bust and arrest cartels who divert water to private vendors by disconnecting water pipes in the city estates. Police is trying to investigate what caused fire at the USIU-Africa cafeteria which is used by staff, faculty and students of the premier private university. According to sources within the police, fire broke out some minutes to 11pm when the cafeteria was already closed and staff were on their way home. The fire which is suspected to have been caused by faulty electrical installations, consumed most of the wirings leading to a complete blackout. The roof was also destroyed in the inferno.
