Safaricom Limited has been forced to refund subscribers their money after a failed KCPE results delivery following a public outcry. In a Statement, the Communications firm said it has launched investigations into the claims that money was being deducted multiple times while some despite sending a billed SMS did not receive a reply. Safaricom explained that the 22252 short code is run by a third party named  Challa Communications limited and who are licensed by CAK and are contracted by Kenya Examinations Board to provide the service.
