Two administrative police officers, Wilson Irungu and George Otieno Nyaoke have been arrested and will be charged with murder over the death of a man in a police cell, the Independent Policing Oversight Authority has said. According to a statement by IPOA, the two have a case to answer after David Wachira Kamauwas who was arrested in April 2019 by officers from Malewa AP Camp for allegedly stealing livestock was found dead in his cell. President Uhuru Kenyatta has directed that bars and restaurants will be reopened from tomorrow, Tuesday, September 29, 2020. A 13-Year-old boy has allegedly been shot on the leg after chaos erupted over land in Moi Ndaba, Naivasha after two groups clashed.
