Nairobi Metropolitan Service (NMS) Director-General Mohamed Badi has stopped construction along Parklands Avenue by a developer accused of having grabbed public land. The death of two lovebirds found dangling on ropes on Sunday, July 12, 2020 afternoon has left Machakos residents puzzled. According to Citizen, the lovebirds, identified as Dennis Pius aged 28 years and Susan Ndeto aged 19 years were found dead in their house, Kaumoni Village just a day after travelling from Nairobi. The state, with the help of anti-corruption agencies, is set to monitor the contributions to Sirisia MP John Waluke’s Sh1 billion fine.
