Angry passengers caused a stir on Limuru Nairobi Road after they attacked the driver of the matatu they were traveling in for reckless driving. In a video seen by Kahawa Tungu the irate passengers are seen chasing the driver, accusing him of putting their lives in danger. Nairobi County government has extended JamboPay Contract by one month in bid to avert financial crisis at City Hall. JamboPay is an online payment gateway, tasked with revenue collection at City hall. Its contract expired on Saturday April 6. Three suspected thieves were on Sunday morning lynched in botched robbery in Kapsaos village, Kericho County. During the incident, irate villagers also torched the suspects’ get-away vehicle. The Kenya Bureau Of Standards (KEBS) has revealed that Nuteez Peanut is safe for human consumption days after it was pulled off the shelves over aflatoxin claims.
