    Bobi Wine Arrested Shortly After Landing In Entebbe, Uganda

    Bobi Wine was arrested as soon as he arrived in Uganda at Entebbe International Airport and was taken to the airport’s police post.

    Reports coming in say that he was not allowed to go through Immigration as he was whisked immediately, forced into a police van and driven away.

    His supporters had marched to the airport to receive him but were restricted

    According to Activist, Nicholas Opiyo, Bobi Wine’s brother Eddie Yawe, artist Nubian Lee, NTV Uganda Journalist Joel Senyonyi and about two dozen artists have been detained at Entebbe Police station for traveling to Entebbe to receive Bobi Wine.

    None of them have been charged so far.
