murkomen, boniface mwangiElgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen was on Friday involved in a heated exchange online with activist and former Starehe MP aspirant, Boniface Mwangi.

Murkomen, Senate majority leader accused the Chief Justice, David Maraga of interfering with matters ‘alive in court.’

“Isn’t the CJ interfering with Judicial independence?can’t he wait for his time to hear the matter in SCORK? Judges speak from the bench through rulings and judgements not press statements,” the legislator said.

The CJ issued a statement on failure by state officers to comply to court orders.

Interior CS Fred Matiang’i and his ICT counterpart, Joe Mucheru did not comply with an order to switch on media houses.

Inspector General of Police, Joseph Boinnet and DCI George Kinoti also failed to show up before Judge Luka Kimaru. The two did not also release Miguna Miguna as ordered by court, instead they deported him.

Then Boniface went ham on the majority leader accusing him of ‘speaking from you arse. When you’re done ass licking Uhuru, come back we engage in common sense.’

But the Elgeyo Marakwet legislator did not take the tackle lying down, he replied: “God has blessed me in a manner you can only envy. Sore & bitter losers are always uncivilized. Since you don’t have the intellectual capacity to engage me I can understand why your language revolves around human rear part and it’s waste.”

Boniface also accused the legislator of having had stolen the National Youth Service (NYS) monies.

Kenyans on Twitter, came to the Senator’s rescue. They said:

It's not needed it's Maturity we lack no need for vile language, boni is a lost kid who's looking for attention probably deportation 😂
