NASA leader Raila Odinga has been offered a chance to vie for the chairman of the Bunge la wananchi, the chairman of the Bunge la wananchi Henry Shitanda has invited the opposition leader to a face off with other candidates for the groups top seat
The chairman said that they are opposed to the move by NASA to form the peoples assembly saying that will be a duplicate of what they do.He invited Raila Odinga and his co principals to attend their daily debate at the Jevanjee gardens so that he can present his agenda.
“Unfortunately, although Bunge La Wananchi is an open platform and for that we indeed invite him to join as a Kenyan, we find some of his agenda contrary to the core mission and tenets of our movement,” Mr Shitanda alluded
Some of the members led by David Otieno however disowned Mr Shitanda’s statement saying that they were demeaning to the NASA leader and that Raila Odinga was welcomed to the forum with no conditions as they welcomed any person who had the good of the people at heart.
