    Busia Woman Sues Man For Unlawfully Destroying KSh100 Panty

    Wilbroda Barasa from Busia has sued Michael Omukule on for unlawfully damaging her inner panty valued at Sh.100.

    Mr Emukule was arrested on February 18 and charged with the offense of unlawfully damaging Ms Baraza’s underwear contrary to section 339 (1) of the penal code.

    The case which has been pending at the Busia Law Courts has eventually caught the attention of the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Noordin Haji.

    Haji has ordered for the case to be heard on Monday 9 July, 2018 before the Busia Law Courts for purposes of withdrawal.
