A video of a Chinese man grabbing the gun of a police officer while resisting arrest has gone viral. In the video the Chinese man is seen pushing the gun of the police man.
By the time he was hand cuffed, the he started shouting hysterically. The police however seemed unbothered by the screams by the Chinese National who runs a Tissue paper factory.
The Water Resources Management Authority officials accompanied by police officers raided a factory accusing the owner of illegally obstructing a river and also releasing waste water into the river

“He has no permit to tap water from the river, he is just obstructing the river,” Mutambo added.
The factory also lacked a piping and sewerage system.
