    Christina Cole is an English actress born on May 8, 1982, in London, United Kingdom.

    Renowned for her versatile performances across film, television, theater, and even video games, she has carved a niche in the entertainment industry with her compelling portrayals of complex characters.

    Raised in London, Cole grew up in a supportive family environment, with her mother working as a telecentre manager and her father as a driving instructor.

    Her early passion for acting led her to train at the prestigious Oxford School of Drama, where she honed her craft and graduated in 2002.

    Cole’s career took off shortly after, establishing her as a talented performer known for roles in both British and international productions.

    Christina is the eldest of three siblings, sharing a close bond with her younger sister, Cassandra, and her younger brother, Dominic.

    Cole’s acting career began with a remarkable start while she was still at the Oxford School of Drama.

    In 2002, she landed the role of Clarissa Payne in the American teen comedy film What a Girl Wants (2003), starring alongside Colin Firth and Amanda Bynes.

    This opportunity prompted her to graduate early to begin filming, marking the beginning of her ascent in the industry.

    Following this, she was cast as Juliet in a production of Romeo and Juliet at Clwyd Theatr Cymru, showcasing her stage prowess.

    Her breakout role came as Cassie Hughes in the Sky One supernatural series Hex (2004–2005), where she played a young loner with mysterious abilities for the entire first season and the first three episodes of the second.

    After leaving Hex to pursue new opportunities, Cole appeared as Blanche Ingram in the critically acclaimed BBC serial Jane Eyre (2006) and as Lilith in a Doctor Who episode titled “The Shakespeare Code” (2007).

    Her film credits include a cameo as a receptionist in the James Bond film Casino Royale (2006), as well as roles in The Deaths of Ian Stone (2007), Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day (2008), Surviving Evil (2009), Doghouse (2009), and Jupiter Ascending (2015).

    On television, she portrayed Caroline Bingley in Lost in Austen (2008) alongside her Hex co-star Jemima Rooper, Dr. Sarah King in Poirot: Appointment with Death (2009), and Dr. Paula Agard in the hit series Suits (2015–2018), which significantly boosted her international recognition.

    Cole’s stage work includes playing Stevie in the world premiere of Matthew Perry’s The End of Longing (2016) at the Playhouse Theatre and Charlotte in The Magistrate (2012–2013) at the National Theatre, which was streamed live to cinemas across the UK.

    More recently, she has appeared in The Crown (2023) and the Amazon feature My Fault: London (2023), with plans to reprise her role in its sequel, Your Fault: London.
