Comedian David the Student famed for his “Schupid” line and Kalenjin accent is on the spot for allegedly conning his fellow comedy artists.
In a WhatsApp conversation seen by Kahawa Tungu dated Monday October 2nd,his colleague “Njoro” asks for his money that he allegedly lent to David over four months ago and which he has refused to pay.
When Kahawa Tungu reached out to David for a response, he turned the wheel on Njoro claiming the latter should act “professionally.”
“This is witch hunt by Njoro and his cohorts because I am busy with corporate gigs that they do not have,” he said.

David claimed Njoro was drunkard who goes drinking immediately he leaves the stage on Churchill show.
“Sometimes back, I gave him a gig that was to take place on Friday morning and implored him not to drink on Thursday after leaving Churchill show. The guy drunk himself to a stupor and i not show up to the gig only to cal me the following day at 2PM after missing the gig, how am I to pay him for a show he missed?” David asked.
He further claimed to have “unfathomable dirt” on Njoro and warned him against maligning his name saying,
“If you guys post that thing, woe unto him, I will expose him,” he told Kahawa Tungu over the phone.
