    Born Concetta Ingolia on August 8, 1938, in Brooklyn, New York, Connie Stevens grew up in a musically rooted family. After her parents separated, she was raised by relatives and spent her school years in various Catholic boarding schools. A traumatic childhood experience later led her to relocate to Missouri and eventually to Los Angeles, where her journey in entertainment began.
