    CSs Mbadi, Wandayi, Duale and Kinyanjui Make New Govt Appointments

    Cabinet Secretaries John Mbadi, Opiyo Wandayi, Aden Duale and Lee Kinyanjui have announced new appointments to various government bodies, according to a gazette notice dated October 31.

    Treasury and Economic Planning Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi appointed Felix Useru Nyauchi to serve as a member of the Insurance Tribunal for a three-year term.

    In the energy sector, Energy and Petroleum CS Opiyo Wandayi appointed Lilian Bokeeye Mahiri–Zaja and Henry Gathara Karinga as members of the Board of Directors of Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited, also for a three-year term.

    Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale made several appointments to the Nursing Council of Kenya. Those named include Collins Otieno Ajwang, Salome Nasimiyu Situma, Dr. Teckla Ngotie, Gilbert Sigei, Prof. Juliana Misore and Sarah Marrey Burje. They will also serve for three years.

    Meanwhile, Investment, Trade and Industry CS Lee Kinyanjui appointed Gor Anthony Ochieng to the Kenya Consumer Protection Advisory Committee for a similar three-year period.
